The food service was lackluster. I waited a while for drinks in the premium area. The staff did not seem to prioritize customers seated earlier. the food was barely warm and rather bland so it tasted mediocre.

delicious foodattentive staffdisabled access
the food was very lovely i received two tokens for the brazilian and mexican restaurants at check-in both were very nice the food in the buffet was also really good the cocktails were made fresh at the bar i recommend the pina colada. the staff were attentive. i found the hotel disabled friendly.

the staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests i asked for extra pillows and they arrived within minutes the reception staff provided information about local attractions clearly. the bar staff remembered my drink order after the first day.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes a chef prepared omelets to order there were gluten-free bread options available the dining area was clean with staff regularly clearing tables.

the hotel had two swimming pools one was heated the gym included treadmills and weights the evening entertainment featured live music and shows a mini golf course was available near the pool area for an extra charge.

the location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the room's air conditioning was not functional upon arrival. i reported it immediately, but it took four days to get fixed. sleeping with the door open was necessary during that time, very uncomfortable.
